Bookings/Cancellations
A booking is confirmed once Fade&co and the client have both agreed a date, time, duration and location of an appointment. This can be done by booking by telephone or via the website www.fadeandco.uk
If a cancellation is made:
more than 24 hours before appointment , the client will not be charged
on the day on the appointment, they will be expected to pay a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost
an hour before the appointment, they will be expected to pay the full cost of the appointment
Fade&Co have the right to cancel a treatment:
by giving 24 hours’ notice
if emergency situations or unforeseen circumstances occur on part of the stylist, at any time prior to the appointment
a late attendance for an appointment will result in a shorter appointment time being offered, or the appointment being rescheduled for another time and date.
Colouring:
All clients must have a skin test 24 hours or before to carry out this service. You must as long alert your stylist for any allergies or conditions you may have.
Payments
Fade&Co accept payment in cash.
Payment must be made at the end of a clients appointments.
Liability
We will not be liable for any financial loss or loss of personal possessions, as a result of, or in connection with the provision at the time of your appointment
Complaints
At Fade&Co , we value the views of all clients, and welcome comments and suggestions from our clients. If a client wishes to make a complaint about your experience at Fade&Co, this must be emailed to hello@fadeandco.uk
Complaints must include the date and time of appointment, the full name of the complainant, details of the complaint and a desired outcome following the complaint.
